To make an international call:

Enter ‘+’ followed by the country code
Enter the area code and destination number

Outgoing Calls: Always dial 811 then the country code & then the number without the preceding "0".

For example, to dial Jerusalem: Dial 811-972-2-123-4567

to dial Brooklyn, New York: Dial 811-001-718-123-4567

To dial you on your Ukrainian SIM card: one would dial their overseas carrier and the country code 380 and your number. (For example, 014-380-sim number)

To check your balance: dial *111# and a message will appear with the amount left on your account (free call)

To add air time: Top up cards are available throughout the Ukraine, but you can call in Uman during the chaggim 80-93-456-6665 and during the year, 80-93-456-6660
